SANDHURST CLUB:

Mantello Holdings is the founding joint venture partner of Sandhurst Club which first became reality when Mantello Holdings initiated the purchase of the developable land in 1999. The completed development will comprise of 1850 residential lots, two golf courses and a commercial precinct.

SANDALWOOD VILLAS:

SandalWood Villas is a joint venture project in which Mantello Holdings is overseeing the development of 38 town houses located at its Sandhurst Club development.

EMERALD APARTMENTS:

Emerald Apartments was the part redevelopment and restoration of a historic building at 20 - 22 McKillop Street, Melbourne into a boutique development of 12 unique residential apartments in McKillop Street, Melbourne.

EMERALD COMMERCIAL:

Emerald Commercial was the part redevelopment and restoration of a historic CBD building at 20 McKillop Street, Melbourne into fifteen exclusive office suites, two retail shops and a basement restaurant.

VILLA ATAS OMBAK:

Villa Atas Ombak is a luxury private Villa located in Bali developed and managed by Mantello Holdings. Situated on 150 meters of beachfront with 25 staff, it is available for short-term rental. Through a subsidiary company established in Indonesia, the company intends to further expand on surrounding land to develop a further 2 luxury villas for rental purposes.

BANK PLACE:

Bank Place was the development of 12 luxury apartments and seven strata office floors in a heritage listed building located at 4 Bank Place, Melbourne. The redevelopment was noted at the 2001 RAIA Awards.

LAND SUBDIVISION:

The companies involvement in the development of land for residential subdivision dates back to the 1960's. Mantello Holdings has developed in many areas including Carrum, Frankston, Skye, Cape Shank, Sorrento and Portsea. The company frequently adds to its estates with the building of dwellings, often commissioned by award winning architects.

HENRY BUCKS REDEVELOPMENT:

This development comprises of 6 large warehouse shells contained within the existing structure of the previously known Henry Bucks Building in Stewart Street, Richmond. Zoned mixed-use, these shells can be purchased and developed by individuals wanting an office, a residence or both.
